It seems like they have upgraded to Web3 from Web2, and there are a lot of broken links now.
This was written in a thread by web3studio (now renamed to supermodular.xyz)

DisruptionJoe. mentioned it
Ethelo - Better decisions by large groups of people. They are launching eDemocracy DAO and will be providing service similar to PoH and will likely integrate Passport into their app before GR15.DisruptionJoe..icon
There was a context like "mentioning Ethelo many times on Discord", so I dug into Gitcoin's

In addition, members of this team? introduced themselves here: https://gov.gitcoin.co/t/impact-certificates-proposals-wanted/10499/20?u=tkgshn
Oh, no, this seems like an appeal time for Impact Certificate.
After that, owocki.icon reported the results: Permissioned rides on top of permissionless. The reverse is not true.

They call themselves "digital democracy"
It's not what you're thinking. It's not a voting platform like Snapshot, but rather a "multi-attribute decision algorithm" that breaks down decision problems into constituent elements (options, criteria, constraints, etc.) and enables people to collectively solve them using various custom voting tools (likerts, sliders, etc.).

Seems to be working with Gitcoin
We contacted Gitcoin last fall and started working together soon after. We wanted to work with other impact-oriented DAOs, and Gitcoin was a natural partner because they focus on public goods.
Ethelo's first Gitcoin application was FDD, and they used Ethelo for the GR12 appeal process - specifically, they used our multi-criteria evaluation template. This worked well, and in the next grading round, Ethelo was used to evaluate eligibility for the GR13 ecosystem round, which also worked well.
I wonder if the so-called "appeal process" is like a panel of experts? I didn't know that. I might ask shugo jpn.icon...

Gitcoin and Ethelo entered into a legal contract for information sharing, and our two development teams worked together to build APIs and bridge the two platforms. In GR14, it was used for various functions such as public goods rounds, approvals, and appeals.
This could be useful as a reference for advancing Gitcoin and PoC.
Introducing it to the human place of the protocol with PoC at first is no different from B2BSaaS in a normal way, lol. Previous companies, interviews and appearances related to oneself.icon

Utilizing the wisdom of crowds
Finally, press the post to see the current consensus on these projects. By pooling the wisdom of everyone who participated, a list of project scores will be displayed. It may change when other GIA members participate.
This information is used to determine whether to recommend approval, modification, or rejection of proposals. It is recommended that only projects that have scored 90% or higher and have not violated policies be approved.
Well, that's obvious.
Flagger Coment flagged it because "Twitter is dead."
So did it flow into this (failed) process?

Add comments like this and discuss to aim for clearance together.
I see, let's have SAD investigate this page in detail and answer it.

It seems that you can see statistics like this.
Gitcoin Quarterly Budget Demo also has a description.
In this demo, you can collaboratively evaluate thousands of scenarios in groups and find a widely (and objectively) supported financial plan. Participants can take into account their GTC holdings in their votes, and there is also a trust vote incorporated. Please try it out.
Not everything we did has been put into practical use. We also did some experimental processing for fun. Some of you may have participated in the Solarpunk Art contest we created for the conference! If you haven't, please give it a try.

I randomly mentioned shogochiai and he did some research and came back to me.
It's really good. Let's contribute to this.
I've been doing this since 2012 and I have a paper. I haven't released the implementation. I haven't been on SNS since I liked it in August.
I'm a little skeptical about the point of pushing Liquid Democracy, and I want to be careful about how decentralized it is, as it doesn't push L2 technology.
Also, as I design it myself, there is virtually no censorship resistance around the discussion tool.
