don't take a nap -> maybe outing is good treatment?

when you go out, you have to get ready
hairset, clothes, makeup prevent me from a nap even if i'm at home
I got used to go to school
It has become part of daily routine
I'm relieved, but I'll keep an eye on my sleep/awake schedule.
I have to get around to studying more
It's a waste if I don't make most of my free time
math, english, progrraming, etc
I plan to create detailed schedule and follow them next week.
when some problems arise, I'll stop.
