知識表現
人工知能の分野の中で、人間の知識をモデル化する手法。
理論や法則といった知識を、コンピュータで処理できるように表現すること。
「～は～である」といった命題の形式で記述する 述語論理を用いることが多い。
また、その知識を扱う推論エンジンや、知識の関係を表現する 意味ネットワークなどを含む研究分野でもある。
