In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infectious diseases, at our university, in principle, all classes will be held online during the period when face-to-face classes cannot be held on-campus in the first semester of 2020.
This website will provide various information about our online classes. For those of you who would think, "I do not know what to do," we will introduce our basic policy and provide tips and concrete ideas on how to implement online classes.
The following are the basic guidelines for our university's online classes.
【Basic guidelines】
(1) In class time, use the video conferencing system "Zoom " to deliver lectures and interact with students. (2) Use our learning management system "kibaco" to manage your classes, such as distributing materials and having sutudents submit assignments. However, this does not discourage you from using other tools in conducting your classes. It is not mandatory to use video (or audio, etc.), and it is possible to include "on-demand classes" as part of your overall course design in order to enhance students' learning experience.
