4.Basic guidelines for online classes

Here, we explain our basic guidelines for conducting online classes using kibaco and Zoom.
(For details on how to use kibaco and Zoom, please refer to “2.How to use kibaco” and “3.Using Zoom for online classes”)
Here, we refer to video-conference sessions that take place on Zoom as “Zoom meetings”.
For our online classes, these "Zoom meetings" function as virtual classrooms where "lectures and interaction with students" take place during class hours.
Using kibaco, instructors announce the URLs of Zoom meetings, distribute class materials, manage tests and assignments, and communicate with students on their learning activities.
Below, we explain what to do before, during, and after online classes.
