I love this paper and your description. This really gets to the heart of the often overlooked part of the Decentralized Society paper by @GlenWeyl Puja & @vbuterin . Without worrying about SBTs & VCs, this paper directly deals with the k coefficient used to dampen collusion. Better stated, it encourages outgroup collaboration.

tkgshn offers some thinking behind DeCartography, which is a protocol that outputs data from the Plurality social graph as an oracle. tkgshn asserts that DeCartography is an effective sybil defense tool to prevent collusion. This ideology is based on the concept of “Plurality”, and the author offers that DeCartography might better be called, “Plurality Quadratic Funding”. It’d be interesting to hear what folks doing graph based analysis & similar think of the underlying algorithms for eg @TrustaLabs Also - is the idea to have *one* Oracle vs empowering many communities to protect themselves ( ie pluralism)? 「TrustaLabsはどう思う？」
