A linklog is a type of blog which is meant to act as a linked list. Common practice is for the post titles to link directly to an external URLs, and the content of the post includes information to complement the associated URL.
リンクログとは、リンクリストとして機能することを目的としたブログの一種です。投稿タイトルが外部URLに直接リンクし、投稿内容に関連URLを補足する情報が含まれるのが一般的です。
A linklog is a blogging format where the post titles link directly to an external site and the content of the post offers commentary on the linked piece. This is commonly referred to as a "linked list" like the The Daring Fireball Linked List which helped popularize the format.
リンクログとは、ブログの投稿タイトルが外部サイトに直接リンクし、投稿内容がリンク先の記事に関する解説を提供する形式です。これは一般的に「リンクリスト」と呼ばれ、この形式の普及に貢献したThe Daring Fireball Linked Listがその代表例です。
On my web travels the other day, I came across a new (to me) kind of weblog, the tumblelog. Here are a few examples to get the gist of what a tumblelog is: hit projectionist first and then Anarchaia (which seems to have been the first one), Church Burning tumblelog, Mikael’s Tumblelog, and ones zeros majors and minors.

They remind me of an older style of blogging, back when people did sites by hand, before Movable Type made post titles all but mandatory, blog entries turned into short magazine articles, and posts belonged to a conversation distributed throughout the entire blogosphere. タンブルログは、素早く雑に意識の流れをまとめたものです。残りリンクスタイルのリンクログに少し似ていますが、リンクだけではありません。これは、Movable Type によって投稿タイトルがほぼ必須になる前、ブログのエントリが短い雑誌記事に変わり、投稿がブログ圏全体に分散された会話の一部になる前の、人々が手動でサイトを作成していた古いスタイルのブログを思い出させます。

2025年に linklog *1をやってみる、というのはつまり del.icio.us *2以前をやってみる、ってことなので、 これもあの「ウェブ縄文時代」の連なり*3*4*5、 というかそれよりもっと前の、手書き HTML の時代*6への回帰を意味します。 とか言ってみたりみなかったり(適当ー)
で、思ったんだけど linklog 、これって「今週末のプレイリスト」と相通ずるものがあるような気がする。 リンクが直接的、だけじゃなくて、想像、連想、妄想、勘違いを通して繋がっていく感じ。際限なくどんどん分岐していく感じ。思考というものがそもそもそういう形をしている、ということなのか。
linklog と「今週末のプレイリスト」が似てる話*1、 そうであるならば「今週末のプレイリスト」の「合計1時間」みたいに linklog は「10個に厳選」とか制約を設けるべき。 そういうルール、制約が無いと継続できない*2。
