無数にある業績に関わる指標をPI(Performance Indicaor, 業績指標)として、その内KGIの達成につながる(であろう)指標がKPIになる
各KGIには上位目的(Objectives/Goal)が存在する
売上・シェア・成長率・株価などの指標は、そのままKPIとして見ることはできない
本当にKPIかどうかはデータ分析をやらないとわからないと思う
