if you have a little background of game theory, i recommend the fundenberg and tirole "game theory" book or myerson's "analysis of conflict"
otherwise osborne and rubinstein "a course in game theory" is free online and introduces many topics
there is also "algorithmic game theory" for more recent topics with a more CS approach, it is very complete, lots of material (also free online I believe)
tim roughgarden's lecture notes are great too for algorithmic game theory, very practical: http://timroughgarden.org/notes.html
