Kansai is the name for the region including Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nara, Uji as well as Hyogo and Shiga prefectures

Kinki and Kansai are slightly different
Mie prefecture belongs to Kinki, but it is not considered to be part of Kansai
I feel that Tokushima is more Kansai than Mie
