【Municipal Administrator】How to use the Municipality Shared Folder
Municipal Shared Folders are "Material boxes" that can be shared across all schools within a municipality.
They can be used for distributing materials across the entire municipality or for sharing documents across schools.
Private schools using LoiLoNote School can also utilize them as shared folders for group schools.

Example of Utilization of Municipal Shared Folder
Some Municipals have established "LoiLoNote Municipal Shared Folder Utilization Rules," operating as follows.
Setting clear rules for safe and effective operation and informing all teaching staff is the key.
In the "Teachers Only" Municipal Shared Folder, teachers from each school upload LoiLoNote cards to share ideas!
Cards used for teaching, learning, and class activities are uploaded
Ensuring no personal information is included and copyright issues are cleared before sharing
After setting sufficient rules, "Municipal Shared Folder Write Permissions" are granted to all teaching staff in the district
To make it easy for teaching staff to search through shared cards, a clear folder hierarchy is set
