Management
After reading Drucker's Post-Capitalist Society, my understanding of the concept of Management has changed significantly. I used to think that Progress management and Workload Management were the main responsibilities of managers, but now I feel that they are not really related. Experts Cannot Manage.
I wonder if reading books like Management by the same author can help resolve this.
If you approach it the wrong way, there is a possibility of creating individuals who are Unable to set goals for oneself. I have recently realized that there are cases where people have serious symptoms of struggling to set their own goals and gather the necessary elements for them. This seems to be common among those who have been assigned to extremely busy departments right after starting their jobs and have been continuously told by their superiors and seniors to "do this" and "do that" for over 10 years.
