When someone is called a "genius," it means that they have already conformed to the values of the person using that term. This term is often used to describe a young person who is very conservative. The concept of "excellence" is subjective and can become inflated over time. Therefore, organizations that constantly refer to it may even be harmful. There is also a phenomenon where geniuses are praised and spoiled, which can have negative consequences.
