[Typical pattern of simultaneous delivery class ④: Class using blackboard / whiteboard (large classroom)]

_ ■ Procedure for conducting classes using blackboards/whiteboards in large classrooms

(1) Burrow necessary equipment from the Academic Affairs Division or the faculty office

(2) Place the equipment (laptop, USB camera, microphone, etc.) in the recommended position

In oreder that the camera shows where the blackboard/whiteboard is

(3) Check the Zoom video to see if it is displayed properly.

Check if the characters on the blackboard/whiteboard are flipped horizontally

(4) Start class

Record lessons with the recording function

Check the status of students participating online by chat messages or emails

(5) Return the equipment to the office

The purpose of the microphone

A pin microphone is used to make it easier for students participating online to hear the audio.

It's okay to use the microphones prepared in the classrooms for face-to-face students

Using wired pin microphone is recommended

Stationary microphones pick up other than teachers' voices and make students harder to hear than wired pin microphones.
