Meta Rule

In Katamari Damacy, the range of movement that can be achieved by the ball gradually expands as it grows larger. However, the lifting of this restriction is not controlled by the system from above, but is achieved in a way that is embedded in the game's rule of "being able to involve the gate of movement restriction as the ball grows larger," which is really clever and impressive when you first see it. Adding rules without increasing rules, in other words, the skill of adding new rules without the domination of minimal rules, is really brilliant. You can see the aesthetic sense that it is not a beautiful thing to increase rules unnecessarily.
/emoji/twitter.icon The role of being the head of the legal department is interesting if you can be involved in the "establishment" phase of the rules in the organization, but it's tough if your job is just to stabilize the rules you've made. To bring out motivation and creativity, it is necessary to actively give people the "right of veto/change" over the rules previously established. Of course, result responsibility is also included. I feel like this applies to the use of legal professionals in general.
