Not very well understood? tkgshn.icon*4w
In a future where each DAO owns AI, it will be necessary to grow them together. Is Semantic Annotation the labor needed for this?
In the future, will each DAO do fine tuning for standard models? Why do we do Semantic Annotation for machine models in the first place? To increase the clarity of answers. The world line that says, "let's pay taxes together to build a nation," to "let's all do annotation work together to maintain (accelerate) this intelligence."
A world where everyone can easily participate in Kaggle competitions I think the problem with Semantic Data is that there is a mismatch of incentives between the providers and beneficiaries of data generation.
@0xtkgshn: I think the difficult part of Semantic Data I learned here is that there is no incentive for people who produce data. This is because the concept of public sector workers who do public institutional work is not good. They do not have an incentive to enter the data beautifully. A brief introduction to Civichat, which was created in the previous entrepreneurial endeavor with Previous companies, interviews and appearances related to oneself.icon. @0xtkgshn: (They created a tool called Civichat that rationalizes the data structure of Japan's social security system, including Livelihood Protection, and allows citizens, as end users, to find "available systems" by simply answering questions from a chatbot.) It didn't make money and was not sustainable due to the high cost of data editing, so the service is currently suspended.
But there are too many elderly people who can't even do that properly. They can't even take away their computers.

OpenFisca is a protocol for publishing data on France's social security system. The purpose of this protocol is to provide data in a more unified and understandable form by publishing data on the social security system in a format called Semantic Data.
The OpenFisca protocol was developed in collaboration with the Open Data Initiative (ODI) to publish data on France's social security system. ODI is an international open data promotion organization that aims to make data provided by governments and private companies more easily accessible. The OpenFisca protocol publishes data on France's social security system mainly in the following three categories:
Law: Data that describes the interpretation and application of laws and policies related to France's social security system.
Calculation formula: Data that describes the calculation formula used to calculate benefits in specific situations in France's social security system.
Simulation: A service that allows you to simulate social security benefits in specific situations using calculation formulas in the OpenFisca protocol.
@0xtkgshn: Open Fisca is based on the idea of "if you can't finish Civichat, use OSS" from Linux, which I mentioned at Code for Japan's Social Hack Day, and Civic Hackers still build it for us, which is very helpful. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FjBrkH5X0AAc2nP.jpghttps://pbs.twimg.com/media/FjBrkH7WAAAqTXg.jpghttps://pbs.twimg.com/media/FjBrkH5XgAIX4qG.jpghttps://pbs.twimg.com/media/FjBrkH5XgAAXLOJ.jpg
Well, that's all good, but what Previous companies, interviews and appearances related to oneself.icon wants to say is that "it won't work unless the incentives of the executing side (government) and the user side (citizens) are aligned."
The way to avoid this is to eliminate the concept of the "executing side."
If we create something like a nation using Smart Contracts in the digital world, can we regain sovereignty while maintaining decentralization? Previous companies, interviews and appearances related to oneself.icon Hacking capitalism. also cites "a mechanism that allows citizens to directly check the exercise of power and ensure 'good governance.'" In other words, something like this
