Facing Political Issues While Doing Civichat
We talked about this a bit on Clubhouse and the feedback was pretty good, so I wanted to write it down while I still remember it. You can learn so much in this room that it blows away your sleepiness. #Clubhouse https://gyazo.com/14c7f94bba673d1500a67c392cdd3928
Civichat provides SaaS to local governments, so the local governments need to acquire the budget after discussion. That budget is determined by political decision-making.

Ultimately, it is important to get involved in the decision-making process.
Proposals can sometimes incorporate the opinions of companies and others.
It is important to structurally consider which organization can make decisions for which area, even if the proposal is meaningless.

Points of contact between politics and the public
When doing Civichat, there are not only software-related issues, but also political ones (such as clarifying the issues related to "applicationism" and working on budgetary issues for introduction to local governments), so we will also do advocacy and public affairs!
What we were talking about on Clubhouse was the need to properly represent political producers. Civichat is responsible for delivering the system, while Mr. Sasaki is responsible for conveying and revitalizing politics. The point is to use the system (benefits) as a point of contact with citizens and get them interested in the producers (politicians).
Recently, I've been researching and honestly, I thought "local autonomy is such a hassle." But if you think of it like a supermarket, it makes sense.
1️⃣ Each brand (city, ward, town) should promote its own merits. Example: "Shibuya Ward is good for child-rearing."
2️⃣ Producers (politicians) should promote their brand (ideology) with their products (various systems).
Currently, only the brand (political ideology) is being advocated, and it is not even linked to "products (public systems and various procedures)" that reach the hands of citizens. There are many legal barriers, but it would be healthy for people to take an interest in politics by spotlighting politicians who promote these systems, starting with "systems that caught their attention on Civichat."
To achieve this, branding of local governments is essential in a sense. It is important to clearly state the values and missions that each region cherishes.
Since no one can create the perfect local government, the point may be to make it easier to move between regions that match what you are looking for.
