集団思考
集団思考（しゅうだんしこう、英: groupthink）とは、集団で合議を行う場合に不合理あるいは危険な意思決定が容認されること、あるいはそれにつながる意思決定パターン。そのまま「グループシンク」ということもある。

団結力のある集団が、
構造的な組織上の欠陥を抱え、
刺激の多い状況に置かれる
以上の3条件を満たすと、集団思考に陥りやすい。

意思決定に関わる人数が多い
