When i was working at previous starup, i feel luck of culture and i didn't like it.

they have full remote policy.so we don't have to go to office.

they didn;t have any starategies for communication. so we have minimum connection each other.

because of that there were many problem.

たとえ僕が声を上げても、共感してくれる人は少なく、新しい取り組みをすることはできませんでした。
