Looks doable and PP/CF10% is pretty strong.
I can't imagine it resulting in higher throughput (compared to Form2), especially thinking about amount of manual labor.
form: with 1 day's though, printing 50 rails as one print would be doable.
x20 of that == 1000 rails.
Good thing is zere's little manual work, so it's scalably by parlleization.
Form2 is also much more sellable (maybe at 1/2 price) than manual injection molding machine.
But Gray Pro or Rigid resin might work well enough.
