Windowsの場合は管理者権限でnpm install --global --production windows-build-toolsでインストールする

Pyhon 2.7が%USERPROFILE%\.windows-build-tools\python27にインストールされる

npm config set python %USERPROFILE%\.windows-build-tools\python27\python.exeでどのPythonを使うか設定しておく
