notebook-navigatorのような操作をbaseでしたい

では、左上のリストにフォーカスして、下キーを押していけばメインのノート部分が切り替わっていく
そういう閲覧体験がほしい
しかし、notebook-navigatorはフォルダ or Tagsだけなのでbaseは使えない
かといって、そのためだけにフォルダーを作りたくはない
