this means that to change my decision, plan, or opinion abount someting

so if I walk around your neighborhood in between work, I should say "refresh my mind / switch my mind"

Usually we cultivate ourselves, or are cultivated by experience.

"He was cultivated to become a teacher through our experiences together."

painstakingly / painfully

painstakingly = complicated / detailed effort

painfully = literally phisical pain
