慶應義塾大学大学院政策・メディア研究科修了。人間味あるプログラムづくりを掲げて、高校時代に開発した「紙copi」は億単位のセールスを記録。2007年にシリコンバレーで株式会社Helpfeelの前身となるNota, Inc.を創業し、グローバル市場でアプリやウェブの開発を手がけ事業を成功させる連続起業家。2020年に当社を設立。2003年度IPA未踏ソフトウェア創造事業スーパークリエータ認定。（本名：永田 周一）

As Founder and CEO of Helpfeel Inc., Rakusai leads the company’s mission to help organizations become AI-ready by transforming fragmented knowledge into a trusted foundation for AI-powered experiences.

Driven by his core philosophy of building technology with a human touch, he developed "Kamicopi" while still in high school—a personal knowledge management application that generated hundreds of millions of yen in sales. After earning a Master’s degree from Keio University’s Graduate School of Media and Governance, he moved to Silicon Valley in 2007 to found Nota Inc. (the predecessor of Helpfeel). As a serial entrepreneur, he successfully launched and scaled multiple global software and web businesses before establishing , Helpfeel Inc. in Japan in 2020.

In 2003, Rakusai was recognized as a "Super Creator" by the IPA Exploratory Software Project, one of Japan’s highest honors for software innovators. His vision of “Human Empowerment Technology” continues to guide , Helpfeel Inc.’s mission to empower people and organizations through technology.
