PDCAサイクルの歴史

PDCAサイクルをデミングが提唱したという説明が散見されるが1951年時点のデミングホイールでは3は「市場に出す」であり、製品デザインのプロセスに市場の反応を取り入れようという、今で言うリーンサイクルに近い考え方だった

それを日本人Imai, M. が「計画・実施・チェック・アクション」という形で紹介し、それが再び英訳されてPDCAとなった。
