The NOIZE ROOM is an open-source project that aims to create various products that utilize sound as a material by providing material-generating experiences around the world that transform sound into a form in people's consciousness.

By listening to and touching the original sounds that were made from sound by sharpening the sense of hearing and touch in the darkroom, we develop an experience in which sound is transformed into materials for creating shapes and functions.
In order to develop this experience, "darkroom design" and "SOUND TEXTURE" are made open source.
Making the design of the darkroom open source
Open source the parametric design code.
The core system utilizes "nodi3D" or the grasshopper add-on "origami" driven by a web browser to deploy the source code for parametric design.
The goal is to simplify the process from data creation to deployment of the actual object using a laser cutter and other tools to reduce the threshold for darkroom design and setup.
-The definitive part of the format: defined as a space with a height of 1400mm and a diameter of 2300mm, the inside is supposed to be finished with black plasticine. The inside is to be finished in black plastic.

Open SOUND TEXTURE features
The model surface is textured using the frequencies obtained from the sound information by loading the OBJ file.
The core system uses "touchdesigner" to extract the project file.
