大量のものを暗記するには頻度が重要、ということを忘れないための標語
復習
詳細に言えば「ちょうど忘れかけたタイミング」に、「だんだんと練習間隔を伸ばして」復習だが、これを自分でコントロールするのは難しい（紙とペンでは具体的なアクションにできない）
間隔反復
集中的に時間をかけすぎない。毎日の勉強は軽く。その代わり毎日やる。
