高校とかでは何故か教わらない気がする
例
$ 5 \times 10^5 = “five times ten to the fifth”
$ 2 / 3 = “two thirds”
$ 1200 = “twelve hundred”
$ 1 / {1000} = “one thousandth”
これは発音が難しい!
$ \sqrt[3]{3} = “the cube root of three”
$ \sqrt[4]{4} = “the fourth root of four”
「1973」はnineteen seventy-threeなのに「2013」はtwo thousand thirteenと言うような気がする
