Duties
Promoting and introducing LoiLoNote School in your home country as part of education reform efforts.
Conducting both online and on-site demonstrations to potential users.
Facilitating workshops to educate and engage stakeholders.
Creating, recording, and editing videos of classroom implementations.
Managing content creation and updates on social media platforms.
Overseeing transaction processes and closing sales deals.
Terms of Employment
Work arrangements
Full-time position
First year contracted, thereafter employed as a Full-Time employee.
Remote work available
You can choose from full-remote, half-remote, or office work.
(However, we will limit the number of candidates to those who can commute to our Kyoto office for the first 1~2 years due to the difficulty of training when working remotely).
Flex-time working available
Full payment of transportation expenses
Visa support (For Japan-residents only)
Health insurance, pension support
Full-remote and half-remote monthly stipend
Required Skills and Experience
Required
Must already be a resident of Japan, can commute to our office in Kyoto for the first one to two years.
2-3 years experience in Education or Sales
Willingness and capability to travel globally, potentially for extended business trips.
N2 or higher Japanese ability. (Preferred)
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective explanations.
The ability to articulate thoughts succinctly.
Critical thinking skills for identifying core issues and insights.
A sociable disposition, enabling positive interactions with a diverse range of individuals.
Active listening skills to accurately identify and understand customer needs.
