Duties
Promoting and introducing LoiLoNote School as part of education reform efforts.
Conducting both online and on-site demonstrations to potential users.
Facilitating workshops to educate and engage stakeholders.
Creating, recording, and editing videos of classroom implementations.
Managing content creation and updates on social media platforms.
Overseeing transaction processes and closing sales deals.
For those assigned to English-speaking regions (such as the U.S. and India), duties may also include customer support in addition to sales activities.

Terms of Employment
Work arrangements
Full-time position
First year contracted, with the possibility of full-time employment thereafter.
Remote work available
You can choose from full-remote, half-remote, or in-office.
(However, we will prioritize candidates who can commute to our office for the first 1~2 years due to the difficulty of training when working remotely).
Depending on your assigned area, you may be required to work from our Yokohama office 2–3 times per week.
Flex-time working available
We especially welcome candidates who are flexible in working across multiple time zones, particularly for roles covering English-speaking regions such as the U.S. and India.

Required Skills and Experience
Required
Must already reside in Japan, and be able to commute to our office in for the first one to two years.
2-3 years experience in Education or Sales
Willingness and capability to travel globally, potentially for extended business trips.
N2-level or higher Japanese proficiency. (Preferred)
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective explanations.
The ability to articulate thoughts succinctly.
Critical thinking skills for identifying core issues and insights.
A sociable disposition, enabling positive interactions with a wide range of individuals.
Active listening skills to accurately identify and understand customer needs.
For roles covering English-speaking regions such as the U.S. and India, native-level English proficiency is required.
We especially welcome candidates who have knowledge of Indian culture and educational systems, as well as experience working in a Japanese-language environment.
