PSG released Neymar to Chelsea at a shocking price
Le Parisien newspaper reported that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly met PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi in Paris to discuss the Neymar deal.
Striker Neymar joined PSG from Barca with a contract worth 222 million euros in 2017, until now he is still the most expensive signing of all time. However, what the player born in 1992 showed was not commensurate with the money that the French team spent.

For the past 6 seasons, Neymar has not been able to contribute regularly to PSG because of injuries. Even he was constantly absent from important matches in the Champions League. The former Santos player has scored 17 goals and 16 assists in 28 games this season. However, in the first leg of the 1/8 Champions League round against Bayern Munich at home, he did not play well, as a result, PSG lost 0-1 in France.
The French press assured that PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi held a closed-door meeting on Tuesday to remove one of the club's big stars at the end of the season. This is not even related to the fact that the Paris team lost to Bayern Munich.
Le Parisien newspaper reported that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly met PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi in Paris to discuss the Neymar deal. The London team intends to bring in Neymar in the next transfer window, although he still has a contract until 2027.
Chelsea hope to use Hakim Ziyech plus an amount of money to hope PSG will cede the Brazilian player. Todd Boehly is a fan of Neymar, and he wants to see him at Stamford Bridge.
According to Le Parisien, PSG can receive 60 million euros from Chelsea and Hakim Ziyech, thereby releasing Neymar in the opposite direction. The 31-year-old player is receiving 35 million euros per season at PSG, but that is not a big problem for Chelsea, especially when they have just spent more than 700 million euros to buy players in the last two transfer windows.
