Getting started:
Mac に Anaconda 入れとく
Anaconda が ARM 版にも対応とのことで（どこまで？），pyenv で入れてみる．
pyenv install anaconda3-2023.03
cd ~/Research/AllenBrainObservatory/
pyenv local anaconda3-2023.03
conda init zsh して .zshrc に初期設定
Terminal 開き直して (base) ついてることを確認
Allen SDK のインストール
qt の install でエラー出るが．．．
ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
spyder 5.4.1 requires pyqt5<5.16, which is not installed.
spyder 5.4.1 requires pyqtwebengine<5.16, which is not installed.
