小寺康史 (KOTERA Yasufumi)

関西学院大学総合政策学部卒後、鉄鋼系専門商社の法人営業を経て組織コンサルティング系企業へ。大手上場企業の幹部研修等のプログラム開発及び講師を務めつつ自組織においては経営改善により業績のV字回復を主導、役員を経て社長に就任。2018年に株式会社リセッケイを設立。和風ボードゲーム『雅々(がが)』開発。「ウィズコロナ時代のファシリテーター養成講座」執筆(発行: 中小企業研究会)。東京2020オリンピック・パラリンピックでは組織委に所属し人材管理に携わる。2020年には空葉堂書店(東京都新宿区)を開く。

After graduating from the Department of Media Informatics, Faculty of Policy Studies at Kwansei Gakuin University, I started my career in corporate sales at a specialized trading company dealing in steel-related products and later moved to an organizational consulting firm.

Developed and delivered executive training programs for major publicly listed companies. I also led a V-shaped business turnaround of the firm itself through internal management reforms, ultimately being appointed President after serving as an executive officer.
