Overview - Ordinal Theory Handbook
Digital artifacts are complete. An NFT that points to off-chain content on IPFS or Arweave is incomplete, and thus not a digital artifact.
The inscription content is contained within the input of a reveal transaction, and the inscription is made on the first sat of its first output. This sat can then be tracked using the familiar rules of ordinal theory, allowing it to be transferred, bought, sold, lost to fees, and recovered.

token の情報を witness に入れているから fee が安く済んでいることも問題しされる？
でもブロックスペースを効率よく使ってくれているわけだよね？問題ないのでは？
fee が上がっているのは単に需要が増えたから、という話なのでは？
