Mission
Execution. The mission of the marketing technologist is to work with strategist and client to deliver marketing technology execution.
Continuously builds their capability, particularly technologies required for the execution plan, and in general to execute better and faster
Has an experimenter's mindset: they pick key performance indicators (KPIs) for the campaign, runs the campaign, educates the rest of the team and the client on the outcome of the campaign, then suggests design changes in the next campaigns
Works closely with the Operations Manager on work prioritazation and collaboration with other teammates
Outcomes
An average of least a 7.5 monthly customer satisfaction score
Becomes a technical expert in the marketing technologies used in a project
Tasks are executed on time
Competencies
Undergrad in a course heavy with programming (computer science, IT, etc)
Marketing strategy
Understanding the desires of target customers in relation the value proposition of the business
Designing a funnel
Designing headlines, hooks, calls to action, look and feel, and landing page layouts based on conversion goals
Web development using platforms we and our clients are using (Wordpress, Weebly and Squarespace)
Implementing funnels
Active campaign
