download.shの作成
実行すると
env_constructions
を実行ディレクトリ下に
.env_constructions
という名前で作成する

curlかwgetを要求しているがワンコマンドの内容がcurlだからcurlだけで良かったかも……？
ワンコマンドで.env constructionsがDLできる
