【Windows/Chromebook】How to use the new note list

This feature is currently in a testing phase, which will continue until March 24, 2024. Please feel free to try it out and share your user experience with us.

After the system update on March 25, 2024, we will officially launch the new note list.

Features of the New Note List

Easy to find your Notes!

Notes are now displayed as thumbnails, making it easier to find the Note you are looking for!

You can choose to list the Notes in a list or in large thumbnails.

To switch between the two, select the icon in the upper right corner of the Note list.

Notes and Shared Notes can be checked separately!

By switching tabs, you can quickly check and create "Notes" and "Shared Notes".

Note: The "Submission Box" and "Timeline" tabs in the iPad app version are also in preparation.

Settings at Start of Use

Select the name in the upper right corner of the notes screen and choose "Preferences".

In the middle of the Preferences menu, click on "Experimental Features" and check the "Use New Note List" checkbox.

Note: The note search function is still under preparation for the new note list. If you want to search notes, please use the existing note list.

When you check the checkbox, the screen will automatically reload.

Please return to the List of Classes screen and confirm that the new Note screen is displayed.
