ADR のvariant。これは Markdown Any Decision Recordsの略(!)なので、「だいじな決定(decisions that matter)」は何でも記録していいのだ!

細かい定義がいろいろあるみたいなんだけれど、MADR 3.0(という理解でいいのか?)のテンプレとしては、Full MADRとMinimal Templatesがあるみたい。
