Is there a way to share only a specific page(s) from the private project?

No, this is not possible at this moment. We recommend using a public project for sharing information, because

1. Creating a public page in a private project is confusing and risky... users have to be very careful checking which pages are public

2. Scrapbox pages without links are generally not useful

We know that many people want this feature, so we may add this feature in the future if we feel sure that the above problems don't really matter
