$HOME/.gemini/extensions、<workspace>/.gemini/extensions の配下に JSON ファイルをおけば良い

JSON で指定できるフィールド

name: 拡張機能名。一意にする必要がある。

version: 拡張機能のバージョン。

mcpServers: 利用させたい MCP サーバを指定する。複数可。

contextFileName: 拡張機能に関するコンテキストを含むファイル。

指定していない場合、デフォルトで GEMINI.md を見てくれるっぽい

If this property is not used but a GEMINI.md file is present in your extension directory, then that file will be loaded.
