Allowing Students to Add Options
The creator of the questionnaire will check “Allow add option” from the editing screen, and then taps “Answer Together.” (Left Image)
In the students’ screens, a new option labeled “Add Option” will appear in the bottom of the options. When you add the new option and select “Add,” the new option will be added to everyone’s screens.
Options can be deleted from the creator’s editing screen.

Updating Aggregated Results in Real Time
You can check the aggregated results from the “Results” button.
The result is updated every time a student submits the questionnaire.
By checking “Share Results” in the editing screen, the whole class can see the aggregated results.
FAQ
Q1.How do we conduct a Test / Questionnaire as a whole grade instead of a class?
A. To aggregate the results into one result, you use a common Card. After creating the Card, put them inside “Material Box” > “Teachers’ Shared Folder”, and have each teacher send the Card to their class. In this case, only the Test Card creator has access to the aggregated results.
Q2. How do you use a Test / Questionnaire Card created by another teacher only in your own class?
A. If you want to aggregate results from only your class, create a copy of the Card. This will essentially create a new Card, and the results will be collected separately from the original. Get the Card from the Material Box, and select “...” on the top right corner > “Make A Copy.”
Q3. If a student answered a Test Card by mistake, can they retry later?
A. A Test Card cannot be answered multiple times by the same person. A dialogue saying “Confirm Submission?” will appear. If you want to revise the answers, you can go back to the answering screen by selecting “Back.”
A Questionnaire, on the other hand, can be answered as many times as desired.
Q4. Can I recover a problem that I deleted?
A. Problems can’t be recovered once they are deleted.
Q5. How do I conduct a Test on specific students?
A. You can send Test Cards to people individually by selecting “Send” and then selecting the recipients. You can use them for exam retakes and homework assignments.
Q6. How do I let students keep Tests that were conducted in class?
A. By selecting “Send” to send Test Cards used in class, you can let students keep the test. Students can see mistakes and descriptions whenever they want, by opening the Test Cards that they receive. If automatic marking is on, the marked result will be desplayed on the student’s screen.
