Card data for Submission boxes can now be downloaded in batches

You can download the photo and video data of cards submitted by students in the Submission Box in a batch.

The downloaded data will have a folder for each user, and within the folder will be downloaded the original data such as photos, videos, and audio of the Card, as well as html files with links to the corresponding answers.

【Experimental Feature】 You can search across Notebooks and the Material Box.

You can search across notebooks and document boxes.

When searching for multiple keywords, the most relevant results will be displayed at the top of the list.

【iOS】Version 7.0

Submission returns, which were previously viewed from Timeline, have been changed to be viewed in the Task.

【iPad・iPhone】Version 6.0 【Chromebook・Windows】Version 3.13

Text Card characters are now more aligned in our iOS app and web app.

【Experimental Feature】 Shared Note has been improved.

The "Enable Shared Note" switch in the Settings app has been changed to "Create Shared Notes (Teacher Only)." If the teacher turns it on, students will be able to use Shared Notes, even if it is left off on their devices.

Shared Note allows multiple people to handwrite on the same Card and workspace at the same time.

【iPad・iPhone】Version 6.0 only

The recording function has been improved, so that when playing back audio recorded on a video, there is less discrepancy between the video and the recorded audio.

【Experimental Feature】 You can try out the New Note List.

Please try it out by going to the "Settings" application and turning on "Use New Note List" under "Experimental Features."

Attendance Cards are a tool in LoiLoNote School that allows you to keep track of your students’ attendance.

Students / Guardians can communicate attendance, reason of absence, and the student’s health with their instructor.

Submitted Attendance Cards are automatically recorded on the class roll.

You can extract monthly class rolls by exporting the data in CSV format.

Version 3.7

Test Cards

On Test Cards, you can easily create multiple choice / short answer problems and aggregate answers.

The aggregated results are shown real-time and can be shared to students.

You can utilize them to check the students' level of understanding in classes or conduct a short quiz / questionnaire.

The aggregated results can be exported in CSV format, which can be used for keeping a record of the students' learning.

Version 3.6

SSO Login

LoiLoNote School now supports SSO login! You will be able to log in with your Google or Microsoft account.

Following the guidelines created by Microsoft and Google, the buttons on the iOS login page use “sign in,” so we have changed all instances of “log in / out” to “sign in / out.”

More Details

• We’ve updated our drawing tools for a better experience. You can save 3 preset colors, making it easier to take multi-color notes.

• Cards submitted as “children” on a larger “parent” Card can be viewed full-screen by tapping on them. This removes the hassle of pinch-zooming in to see smaller Cards.

• You can choose either landscape or portrait aspect ratios when creating new text Cards.

• It’s now much easier to print out all the Cards submitted to a task from the Task List or save them all as a single PDF file.

• You can browse the web from Web Cards while broadcasting your screen. This means the whole class can watch a video on the web at the same time.

• You can change your login password from within the app. Open the profile menu by tapping on your login name in the upper-right corner, then select “Change Password.”

• Our app now supports playback of WebM formatted videos.

• In addition, we’ve fixed many minor problems.

Note: This and future versions of LoiLoNote School require iOS version 12 or higher. Users still on iOS 11 will receive no further app updates.
