How can students steadily acquire specialized skills with high efficiency and standards?
We interviewed Travel Journalism College, a school corporation that has greatly improved the efficiency of students' acquisition of specialized skills through the use of LoiLoNote School.

Acquisition of specialized knowledge and skills is an important learning requirement for students at vocational schools.
In order for students to acquire more knowledge and skills at a high level within a relatively short period of time (2 years), streamlining the teaching and learning style is key.

Many students in the Tourism course are aiming to obtain national certifications and Test Cards are very useful for them to acquire knowledge.
Test Cards are a function that allows teachers and students to create tests on LoiLoNote School that can be automatically graded and totaled.
The results can be displayed in real time and questions can be easily duplicated, which is useful for identifying areas which are not students' forte.
By being able to immediately identify such areas during class, students are able to more efficiently allocate class time to areas of weakness.
Example 1: Focus on areas of weakness and explain them according to the level of understanding.
Example 2: Repeatedly challenge questions until they are answered correctly in order to consolidate knowledge.

The most important thing in practical skills courses is to be objective in all of one's actions.
In order to make students aware of objectivity, they incorporate videos in many of their classes.
By capturing videos of practical skills, students can objectively look back on their gestures, facial expressions, dance, and so on.

In dealing with customers, students are required to think through the best answers and convey them in their own words.
In order to improve students' ability to express themselves verbally, they conduct presentation practices.
Through repeated presentation practice, students can refine their content, order, and manner of speaking.

Editing Cards

Teachers prepare a PDF file with questions and correct answers, and use the pen function to shade in the correct answer.
When teachers explain in class, they erase the filled-in areas with the eraser function.
This allows for efficient and error-free explanations.
The system also makes it easy to write on and submit the distributed question cards, so teachers can monitor their students' level of understanding through confirmation tests and other means.

Q. How do you use LoiLoNote School in your classes?
In addition to distributing teaching materials and collecting assignments in class, LoiLoNote School is used in situations where answers are shared and students conduct searches.
For example, when thinking of a plan to propose to a client, students can share ideas with each other and search the Internet using Web Cards to come into contact with a variety of ideas. Students then use their imagination to come up with their own original plans.
Through these learning activities, students develop an attitude of pursuing customer satisfaction and the ability to stick to a plan.

Work efficiency in the classroom has improved.
I feel that the quality and satisfaction of my classes have also improved, as I can now use more class time to communicate with students.
