Duplicate Registration Error Is Displayed When Logging in with SSO

If you receive the following error message when logging into LoiLoNote School or LoiLo Web Filtering If you receive an error message similar to the one below, please check the following.

Cause
There is a possibility that the SSO account you are currently using or have used in the past may exist separately on LoiLoNote.
This occurs especially when the email address is changed on the administration screen of the SSO linked account and the new SSO linked account is registered with the changed address as shown below.
Example)Note: Same for Microsoft accounts.
① SSO new linkage on LoiLo Admin page. (User ID)before@loilo.tv / (Linked address)before@loilo.tv
② Change email address on Google admin page. before@loilo.tv → after@loilo.tv
③ SSO new linkage again on LoiLo admin page. (User ID)after@loilo.tv / (Linked address)after@loilo.tv
Both Google and Microsoft accounts are considered internally the same even if they are changed as in ②, and are treated as duplicates in ① and ③.
How to Deal with
You will need to cancel SSO linkages for accounts other than the one you wish to use as your main account.
In the above example, either ① or ③ must be removed.
