【Urgent】Please refrain from conducting classes with more than 300 participants.
The Submit Box is now unavailable in Classes with more than 300 participants.
This was in response to an urgent trouble our server was experiencing.
We apologize for not being able to notify our customers before hand.
* We will be working to troubleshoot the issue and to loosen the participant restriction
Currently we are experiencing high server load, due to an overwhelming amount of access which exceeds the record high access of February this year by 4 times.
One potential cause is huge classes conducted in whole grades or whole schools.
We found out that when we use the Submission Box in such huge classes, each additional participant causes an exponential load on our server.
And so we would like to ask you of a favor.
Please restrict the amount of participants in every class to less than 300.
We especially ask that you stop using the Submission Box immediately in classes with nearly 1,000 students.
If you already have a class with more than 300 participants, we ask that you close the class and recreate multiple classes each with less than 300 particiapnts.
We will improve our system so that the server would be able to endure huge access, but we are unable to do that right away for it will need time.
Furthermore, we are planning to restrict the creation of classes with more than 300 students soon.
We apologize for the urgent request.
We hope you understand that this is for the stable use of our system.
Q. Should we refrain from the using LoiLoNote School if our school size is more than 1000? Or is it just the number of students participating in the class?
A. It is only a matter of the class size, not the school size. LoiLoNote School can be used regardless of the school size.
Q. We have a Class for the whole school just for announcements. Can we continue to use this Class as long as we don't use the Submission Box?
A. Because we cannot rule out the possibility of someone accidentally using the Submission Box, we ask that you divide the Class into smaller Classes according to the students' grades and classes.
