How to change the opening period of a Class/Subject
You can change the opening period of a class or subject from the Admin Console. Both teacher and administrator accounts can make these changes.
Note that the visibility of a subject to teachers and students differs depending on its opening period, as shown below:
table:Visibility of subjects
Before Start Date During Period After End Date
Teacher Visible Visible Moves to "Past Subject"
Student Unvisible Moves to "Past Subject"
Note: Even if the period for the 'Class' has ended, if the 'Subject' is still within its period, it will continue to be displayed in the list.
By extending the duration of the subject, students can review the content in 'Subject' even after the class period has ended.
