How to Use LoiLoNote School (Students & Parents)

① Let’s Get Ready!

Step 1: Prepare a Device

Please prepare a computer, tablet, or smartphone connected to the internet.

※ LoiLoNote School cannot be used on game consoles such as Nintendo Switch.

Step 2: Set Up LoiLoNote School

For iPad and iPhone users

Please install “LoiLoNote School” from the App Store.

For Windows, Chromebook, macOS, and Android users

Install the web browser “Google Chrome”.

② Log in to LoiLoNote School!

Log in using the account information provided by your school.

School ID / User ID / Password

Left: Google login screen

Right: Microsoft login screen

③ Join a Subject!

Step 1: Select a Subject

Select the Subject you want to join from the Subject list on the left side of the screen.

※ If your school has provided a Class participation code, select “Enter Class participation code” and enter the code.

Step 2: Create a Note

Select “Create a new Note” (left image), enter the Note name, and select OK (right image).

Once you see this screen, you have successfully joined the Subject!

Create Cards

You can create Cards using the buttons on the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

Create and exchange various types of Cards, such as Text, images, and videos.

Receive Materials Sent by Teachers

Cards sent by Teachers during a Subject can be retrieved anytime from the Send button.

Select the Send button. (Left image)

A red mark appears when new Cards have been received.

Materials sent by Teachers are displayed on the Timeline. (Center image)

Select the material you want to retrieve and select “Use”. (Right image)

Retrieve Cards from the Material Box

Cards placed in the Material Box by Teachers can be retrieved anytime.

Select the Material Box button. (Left image)

Select a Folder in the Material Box.

(Materials from Teachers are stored in the Subject Shared Folder or blue Folders.) (Center image)

Select the material you want to use and select “Use”. (Right image)

Retrieved materials are displayed as Cards.

Submit Assignments to Teachers

Submit the Cards you created to your Teacher.

Move the Card you want to submit onto the Submit button. (Left image)

Select the submission destination. (Right image)

You can check submitted content by selecting the Submit button and then selecting the Submission Box.

Send Cards to Teachers or Students

You can send Cards to Teachers or Students participating in the same Subject.

Move the Card you want to send onto the Send button.

Select the recipient and select “Send”.

※ Sending Cards between Students requires permission from the Teacher.

You can also send Cards directly from the Card editing screen or the Card menu.
