How to Register Classes and Subjects
LoiLoNote Overview
In LoiLo Note, a "School" encompasses every "Class" within it. A Class encompasses the same group of students and different "Subjects". Within each Subject, one or more teachers can be assigned. This teacher(s) can create notes, share notes, submission boxes, timelines, and share material boxes. A breakdown looks like this:

Further Explanation
Registering classes and subjects
To use LoiLo Note, you must first create a group for students. This is called a Class.
You can create multiple subjects within a Class. Students in the same Class are automatically enrolled in each of the class's subjects.
You can register multiple teacher accounts to a subject.
For a Step-by-Step Tutorial on how to create a class or subject, please reference the guide below.
Registering students in a class
A class code is assigned for each class. Students can join a class by entering its class code.
Note:
You don't need to create a new subject for every lesson; just add the subject(s) you will teach at the beginning of the academic year.
Inside a subject, you can create notes. A lot of multimedia data can be stored inside a note and it has unlimited storage capacity.
Teachers can send files, broadcast their screens, and allow the viewing of shared notes to all students and teachers who are registered to the subject.
Student submissions and exchanged data are also saved within subjects.
Classes and subjects are automatically closed at the end of the school year. Since you can access past data anytime, you can build upon previous lessons.
