How to Check Shared Notes Version History

※ To check the version history, you need "Manage" or higher permissions on the relevant Shared Note.

Check Version History

Select Option Button.icon on the right side of a Shared Note then select Version History.

You can check the version history by minute, 5 minute, hour, or day intervals.

Copy a Note from Version History

Select Option Button.icon on the right side of a Shared Note then select Copy.

Select which Subject you would like the copy to go to.

Delete Version History

Delete Individually

Select Option Button.icon on the right side of the version you'd like to delete, then select Delete.

Delete in Bulk

Select Delete All Versions Older Than This from the right side of the version you want to keep.

Select Delete to delete all past versions that are marked in red.
