Guidebook Prepared for Administrator Teachers
This is a support guide for teachers who manage accounts, add users, and handle annual updates.
Administrator Account Capabilities
Administrators can register teachers and students and manage various school settings.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT share Administrator Accounts among teachers!
Grant individual teachers administrative privileges as needed.
Note: Administrator accounts generally cannot log in from the app.
If You Lose Access to the Administrator Account
Administrator login information is managed by each school or board of education.
Please check with the person in charge.
If lost, other administrators can check the User ID and change the password.
If there’s only one administrator account and it’s lost, contact LoiLo support.
