【Test Cards】Student Council Activities with Test Cards: School-wide Surveys

By using Test Cards, surveys created by Students can be used throughout the entire school.

STEP 1: Create a Questionnaire

Students create a Questionnaire using a Test Card.

In LoiLoNote School, Students can also create questions using Test Cards. They can create various types of questions, including single-choice, multiple-choice, and free-response formats.

STEP 2: Send the Created Questionnaire to a Teacher

Students use the Send function to send the created Questionnaire to a Teacher.

※ Students cannot save Cards to Material Box folders other than My Folder.

※ Therefore, Questionnaires that will be used throughout the school must be sent to a Teacher in advance.

STEP 3: Save the Questionnaire Sent by Students to Material Box

Save the Questionnaire sent by Students to Material Box.

"Shared with School": A Folder that can be viewed by both Teachers and Students.

"Teachers Only": A Folder that can only be viewed by Teachers.

Select the appropriate Material Box based on your purpose.

STEP 4: Answer and Collect Results

Open the Test Card saved in Material Box from each Class or Subject and select "Answer."

Responses from all Students in the school are collected in real time.

By taking a screenshot of the results, you can easily create reports and share the results.

Collected data can also be downloaded as an Excel file.
